Family Practice/ Primary Care

To book appt call 406-721-1626Blue Mountain Clinic’s Family Practice team is led by our Medical Director, Dr. Eric Ravitz, and our staff is always ready to meet patient’s primary health care needs through listening and involving patients in decisions about their medical care. Blue Mountain Clinic’s philosophy that the notion of “choice” is mainstreamed through the entire spectrum of healthcare- is modeled in our care.

Kelly Polus PA-C, and Alison Charman, ARNP are an integral part of our clinical staff, along with a robust counseling and medical support staff.

Dr. Joey Banks joined Blue Mountain Clinic in the summer of 2012 to become our second full time Family Practice doctor. She specializes in reproductive health care, travel medicine and pediatrics.

FAMILY PRACTICE/ PRIMARY CARE SERVICES

Nationally there has been a great focus on the “Patient Centered Medical Home” (PCMH). This ideal brings the focus of primary care back to the healthcare clinic, with a focus on continuity of care under one roof. Interestingly, this “new” model of care is something that BMC has always done. We believe that all services provided here are within our family practice umbrella.

In addition, At Blue Mountain Clinic, we have a fully-licensed on site lab, through which clinicians and technicians can perform routine tests.
